By accessing or using Closet Time ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Closet Time.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Closet Time. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Closet Time, including photos, outfit images, descriptions, and comments ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your content.
By posting User Content, you grant Closet Time a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

Showtime is our community voting feature where users submit outfits and the community votes on them. By participating in Showtime, you agree that:
If you sell items through the Closet Time marketplace, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the condition of items sold, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of goods.
Closet Time charges an 8% service fee on all completed marketplace sales. This fee is automatically deducted from the sale amount before the remaining funds are transferred to the seller.
All marketplace payments are processed by Stripe. By using the marketplace, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Sellers must set up and maintain a valid Stripe Connect account to receive payouts.
Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact our support team for assistance. Closet Time reserves the right to mediate disputes at our discretion but is not obligated to do so.
Closet Time offers AI-powered features including outfit recommendations, style suggestions, and background removal. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

The Service, including its design, logos, branding, and original content, is owned by Closet Time and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that is harmful to other users or the Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closet Time shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be filed in the courts located in Texas.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect, via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
