We collect the photos, outfit images, and other content you upload to the Service, including items added to your closet, outfits submitted to Showtime, and marketplace listings.

When you use our AI-powered features (such as outfit recommendations, style suggestions, and background removal), we process images and preferences you provide. This data is used to generate personalized recommendations and improve our AI models.
Marketplace transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, bank account number, or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including your closet, outfit organization, and style tracking.
Your photos and preferences are used to power AI outfit suggestions, style recommendations, and background removal. You can opt out of AI features at any time in your account settings.
We use your information to enable social interactions, including Showtime voting, following other users, and community engagement.
Your information is used to facilitate buying and selling, including processing transactions, displaying listings, and enabling communication between buyers and sellers.
We may send you push notifications, emails, and in-app messages related to your account, transactions, and Service updates. You can manage your notification preferences in Settings.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement.
Closet Time is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws.
