Delete Your Data
At Closet Time, you have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

Open the Closet Time app and go to the Me tab

Tap the Settings gear icon (top right)

Scroll to the bottom to the Danger Zone section

Tap Delete Account and confirm
How to Request Data Deletion (Email)
If you cannot access the app, you can request data deletion by email:

What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, username, bio, profile photo)
- Your closet items and outfit photos
- Your Showtimes and votes
- Your comments and likes
- Your marketplace listings
- Your followers and following lists
- Your wishlist and saved items
- Your notification preferences
- Your body photo for virtual try-on
- Your try-on credit balance and purchase history
What Data Is Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion:
- Transaction records — Purchase and payment records are retained for 90 days for legal and financial compliance, then permanently deleted.
- Anonymized analytics — Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for product improvement purposes.
Processing Time
Account deletion is processed immediately when done in-app. Email requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been deleted.
